Arpita D has extensive experience in HR operations, currently serving as Lead Specialist HR Operations Services at Target since January 2021, following a role as Sr. HR Operations Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Catalog Quality Associate at Amazon from January to September 2020, and as an HR Operations Executive at Target from May 2019 to January 2020. Arpita's career also includes a position as a Corporate Communicator with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd in mid-2017 and as a News Correspondent for Eastern Chronicle, a national daily, in late 2016. Arpita D holds a Master's degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Corporate Communication from Assam University, completed between 2015 and 2017.
