Agata Ramallo Garcia serves as the Vice President and Head of Enterprise Sustainability at Target, focusing on integrating sustainability throughout the business and fostering partnerships for a regenerative future. Prior to this role, Agata held various leadership positions at Nike, including Senior Director of the Global Sourcing & Manufacturing Operations Center of Excellence and GM of the Global Sustainability Center of Excellence. Agata's experience also includes being an Aspen Institute First Mover Fellow, where support is given to corporate social intrapreneurs. Agata's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Art History from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
