Marko Samardzija, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Target Sports USA since August 2021. Prior to this role, Marko held various positions in the insurance sector, including Senior Account Executive and Account Executive/Underwriter at Travelers, where responsibilities included underwriting various policies and managing agents to expand business. Marko also worked as an Account Executive/Insurance Agent at Peter M. Bakker Agency, specializing in trucking insurance, and was the Partner Manager at DMD Group LLC, overseeing logistics and transportation operations. Earlier experience includes roles at The Hartford as a Commercial Underwriter, Claims Adjuster, and Sales Associate, as well as managerial responsibilities at Bridgestone. Marko holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Albertus Magnus College.
