Currently serving as Growth Director at Target Group, Rob previously held the position of Director of Operations at Staysure Group, managing call center operations across multiple countries. At Drax Group, Rob excelled as Sales Director, leading significant sales teams and enhancing market share. Rob's experience also includes global sales management roles at Vodafone, where a focus on achieving sales targets and client relationship management was paramount, as well as extensive tenure at BT in various sales and leadership capacities. Rob holds a Master's Degree from the University of Wales.
