Kira Hall began their work experience in January 2019 as a Member Services Specialist and Dispatcher at Roanoke Electric Cooperative. Kira held this role until August 2022. In November 2022, they joined TARGAN Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant and Receptionist. In February 2023, they transitioned to the role of Human Resource Specialist at the same company.

Kira Hall's education history includes a Bachelor's of Science degree in University Studies, obtained from East Carolina University from 2015 through 2018. Kira then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from East Carolina University from 2022 to 2024.
