Natalia Lepadatu, EMBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and project management. Currently serving as the Cofounder of Business Development at DigiSinergy since January 2021, Natalia also holds the position of Managing Partner at TARA interactive since February 2012, where responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing project execution. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at BluePoint IT Solutions, Software Developer at Datasis Prosoft, and Software Consultant at KeySoft, focusing on application design, development, and maintenance. Natalia holds an Executive MBA from Maastricht School of Management, a Master's degree in Project Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
