Jan Brandes is a seasoned professional in the field of transaction advisory and investment banking, currently serving as a Partner at Flow Partners since May 2021, providing top-tier independent advice to leading technology companies and investors. Brandes has also been an Advisor at Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder since October 2021. Prior experience includes holding Managing Director positions at NOAH Advisors Ltd. and NOAH Conference from August 2010 to May 2020, as well as serving as an Associate in TMT Investment Banking at both Nomura International from October 2008 to May 2010 and Lehman Brothers from July 2005 to September 2008. Brandes holds a Master of Science degree in Economics (Finance) from Maastricht University, completed between 1999 and 2004.
