Lucinda Djan is a Chemical Engineer currently serving as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at TAQA Group since July 2022, where training is focused on the thermal power plant at Aboadze in Western Ghana. Prior to this role, Lucinda worked as a Laboratory Technician at COCOA BOARD GHANA, analyzing cocoa beans for research purposes from January 2021 to June 2022. Additionally, Lucinda gained experience as an Industrial Performance Engineer during national service with Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate, Inc. from September 2019 to June 2020, and completed an internship at the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission in June 2018. Lucinda holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, earned between 2015 and 2019, and attended Wesley Girls High School from 2012 to 2015.
