Hamish Jooste is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various high-level legal roles. Currently serving as General Counsel for TAQA Group, ADDC, and Al Ain Distribution Company since June 2022, Hamish previously held the position of Chief Legal Counsel, Company Secretary, and Compliance Officer at National Central Cooling Company (PJSC) - DFM: Tabreed from December 2011 to July 2022. Additional experience includes senior associate roles at Herbert Smith Freehills and Ashurst, as well as a legal position at Dentons and a senior associate role at Bowman Gilfillan. Hamish possesses a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Western Australia, augmented by a Finance for Executives Certification from INSEAD.
