Eli Sinay is an experienced maintenance and engineering professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the Maintenance Manager Upstream at TAQA Group since January 2023, Eli focuses on maintenance engineering and improvement. Previous roles include Maintenance Manager at OCI Nitrogen, where responsibilities involved enhancing maintenance structure and managing backlogs. Other significant positions held include MRE Maintenance Reliability at Shin-Etsu, Turnaround Coordinator at Total, and Team Leader Maintenance at Teijin Aramid. Eli’s career spans over three decades, starting as a Process Engineer at Philip Morris International, and includes a strong educational foundation with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from HZ University of Applied Sciences and additional studies at Avans University of Applied Sciences and MTS WTB Vlissingen.
