Efe Kermen is an experienced Well Engineer currently working at TAQA Group since August 2021, following a tenure as a Drilling Engineer at Well Engineering Partners from June 2012 to August 2021. Responsibilities include conducting offset well analysis, preparing drilling programs for prospective projects, providing operational support, and serving as a Resident Engineer for solution mining clients. Efe Kermen is involved in planning and executing workover operations and managing procurement and cost control during operations. Educational qualifications include an MSc. in Applied Earth Sciences - Petroleum Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a BSc. in Geophysical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, complemented by a High School Diploma from Üsküdar American Academy.
