Costel S. is an experienced Senior Well Site Geologist with a strong background in the oil and gas industry, specializing in exploration and appraisal wells across various regions, particularly in Iraq-Kurdistan-Erbil. Since January 2019, Costel has been with TAQA, previously held senior positions at OMV, ExxonMobil, HKN Energy, Hess Corporation, Chevron, Shell, Gazprom, and SNC Lavalin (formerly Spectrol Energy Services). Education includes a Master's degree in Geology from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași, obtained between 1981 and 1986.
