Aadil Elfardaoui is a highly experienced professional in process and operational performance management within the energy and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Process & Operational Performance Manager at TAQA Group since December 2021, Aadil focuses on evaluating and optimizing operational KPIs across six production units, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. Prior experience includes roles at Groupe COSUMAR, where Aadil held positions such as division head overseeing industrial performance and project management, and industrial performance service manager. Aadil also contributed as an engineer for production and energy, leading projects aimed at enhancing technical performance and managing production during processing campaigns. Additional internships at MULTICERAME, Ciments du Maroc - HeidelbergCement Group, and ONEE-Branche Eau provided foundational experience in energy optimization and quality control. Aadil holds a degree in industrial processes from Mohammadia School of Engineers.
