Eric Blank serves as the Director of Clinical Integration at Tapestry Telehealth since November 2018. Prior to this role, Eric had extensive experience in various nursing positions, including Charge Nurse at Bridgeport Health Care Center from September 1999 to October 2015, where responsibilities included medication administration, monitoring for adverse effects, infusion therapy, and managing nursing aide duties. Additionally, Eric worked as an LPN at Visiting Nurse Services of Connecticut from April 2013 to July 2015, focusing on executing patient-specific care plans, maintaining PICC and central lines, and providing education on home IV therapy. Eric also held a nursing position at Visiting Nurse Services of Connecticut, Inc. from March 2013 to July 2015, further demonstrating a commitment to patient care and nursing excellence.
