Sarah Tang is an experienced professional in enterprise solutions and SAP implementation, currently serving as the Director of both the Enterprise Solution COE and the SAP CoE at Tapestry since January 2013. Sarah's responsibilities include overseeing enterprise solution enhancements, managing corporate applications, and driving digital transformation initiatives while leading a global SAP CoE team and managing IT resource vendor relationships in Asia. Prior to Tapestry, Sarah held the position of FICO Manager at PolyOne, where Sarah managed the SAP rollout across four Asian countries. Sarah began their career as an FICO Consultant at Accenture, focusing on implementation and process enhancement. Sarah holds an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Central South University of Forestry and Technology.
