Ryan Cribbin is a skilled engineering professional with a focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Lead and previously as Engineer II at Tapecon, Inc. since May 2020, Ryan has a background in manufacturing engineering, having worked at YKK AP America Inc. from June 2018 to May 2020, where responsibilities included applying lean principles in a commercial window and door manufacturing environment. Prior experience includes an engineering internship at iiMED Medical Manufacturing Solutions, where Ryan supported project evaluations and cost analysis, and an industrial engineering internship at Graphic Controls, where time studies and the development of standard operating procedures were key tasks. Educated at the University at Buffalo, Ryan earned both a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
