Erika Ratcliff has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Underwriting Team Lead and previously as a Commercial Lines Underwriter at TAPCO Underwriters, Inc. since May 2009. Prior to this role, Erika held positions at Wells Fargo Insurance Services from July 2002 to May 2009, including Customer Account Manager and Claims Representative. Erika graduated from Graham High School in 2000.
