Howdy Dong has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2002. From 2002 to 2005, they were a Project Manager at Jtec International. In 2005, they moved to China eNet as an Operation Manager. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Director of Operation and Resource Management, Pursuit Support Manager, and Resource Manager. Most recently, they have been the Vice President of Operations at Tapatalk since 2014, where they help people share and follow their passions with the company's streamlined mobile experience.

Howdy Dong attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Economics.
