Gabrielle Luu is currently the Head of Studio Tapas at Tapas. Prior to this, they were with the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business as a Marketing and Communications Assistant from June 2014 to December 2015. Gabrielle has also been with the Cal Vietnamese Student Association in various capacities from August 2012 to May 2015, including Culture Show 2013 Co-Director/Co-Scriptwriter and Culture Show 2015 Co-Producer.

Gabrielle’s responsibilities have included researching, writing, editing, and formatting news regarding Haas School faculty, students, programs, and alumni for the Berkeley-Haas website and magazine. Gabrielle has also coordinated bi-annual PR mailings and supported the news team in projects including interviews, fact checking, social media construction and scheduling, and clerical tasks.

As Culture Show 2015 Co-Producer, Gabrielle oversaw all operations of Culture Show, an entirely student-run theatrical production consisting of 80+ participants. Gabrielle planned and scheduled weekly meetings and practices, delegated and monitored tasks for a large team of volunteers, and communicated with a variety of people including sponsors, alumni, event staff, and students. Gabrielle also created and publicized content and promotional events regarding the Culture Show program on social media.

Gabrielle Luu has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English and Media Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
