Gregg has held executive positions in Sales, Strategy, Product Development and Operations. These experiences have shaped his belief that “No one comes to work to be unsuccessful”. It is the responsibility of leaders to clearly communicate the “Why” behind strategy, build trust through transparency and collaboration and coach people using metrics and love to elevate performance. Gregg has brought his business philosophy to companies and their clients, working extensively with hospital systems, medical groups, and national quality stakeholders to help them improve their performance from board room to bedside.
Gregg has more than 15 years management experience in SaaS based healthcare technology leading growth, strategy and product management specializing in corporate turn arounds and building management teams.
