Justin B. is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in hardware engineering and program management. Currently serving as Principal Hardware Engineer at TAP Engineering since June 2023, Justin previously held the position of Program Manager II for Microelectronics Production at Draper for a brief period in early 2023. From January 2018 to February 2023, Justin was the Director of Programs & Business Development at i3 Microsystems, Inc. Additionally, Justin has served in various roles at Aurora Semiconductor LLC, Draper Laboratory, Advanced MicroSensors, and Quantum, accumulating extensive expertise in technical staff leadership and project management. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst between 1991 and 1994.
