Augusto Espinoza is a seasoned culinary professional with experience as a Sous Chef at Tap & Barrel Group since May 2022 and previously at Virtuous Pie from June 2019 to April 2022. At Tap & Barrel Group, Augusto focuses on preparing high-quality dishes while managing allergies and dietary restrictions, in addition to assisting in staff recruitment. Experience at Virtuous Pie involved high-volume line preparation and effective communication for excellent service delivery. Prior roles include positions in food preparation, administrative support, and customer service, showcasing a diverse skill set in both the culinary and administrative fields. Augusto holds a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Lima and has pursued further studies in Commerce and Marketing at VanWest College.
