Dustin Schmidt is an experienced quality control professional with over eight years of experience in fast-paced GMP environments. Currently serving as the Quality Control Lead at Tanvex Biopharma USA, Inc. since November 2015, Dustin has successfully managed and scheduled the Bioanalytical Group, coordinated analyst training, and supported multiple FDA inspections while executing method validations and authoring reports. Prior roles include Senior Quality Control Associate and Quality Control Associate, performing various assays and managing stability programs. Previously, Dustin worked as a Quality Control Analyst III at Genentech, where responsibilities included performing assays on drug samples and testing raw materials. Early career experience includes serving as a Grower Relations Field Technician at E. & J. Gallo Winery and a Molecular & Cellular Biology Lab Intern at UC Davis. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis.
