Simon Michele is a skilled Book Designer with experience at Hachette UK and Tantor Media since 2020, specializing in audiobook cover design and adherence to in-house guidelines. As a Freelance Book Designer since 2018, Simon has also worked with various clients. Prior experience includes freelance retouching at Broadway Studios and Monsoon Accessorize, where expertise ranged from skin and background retouching to developing workflows for e-commerce. Previously, Simon worked as a Midweight Retoucher for River Island, managing a variety of retouching tasks and training new team members. Simon holds a BA in Illustration from the University for the Creative Arts and a BTech in Graphic Design from Reigate School of Art, Design and Media.
