Rosa Guerrero is an associate attorney at Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP, specializing in commercial litigation since June 2021. In this role, Rosa advises on complex matters involving business disputes and securities litigation in both state and federal courts. Prior experience includes serving as a litigation associate at Darger Errante Yavitz & Blau LLP from 2019 to 2021 and a clerkship as an appellate court attorney with the New York State Supreme Court from 2018 to 2019, where Rosa researched legal questions and prepared bench memoranda. Rosa obtained a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law after earning a Bachelor of Arts from Stony Brook University.
