Phyllis McKinzie is an experienced software test engineer at Tango Networks since 2012, with prior roles at Nortel Networks from 1995 to 2009, serving as a member of the scientific staff and software engineer. Phyllis also worked at E Systems Technology as an engineering specialist from 1983 to 1994. Phyllis holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University, earned between 1979 and 1983.
