Michael Phoenix is currently the Mayor of Winona, Missouri, where Michael works jointly with the board to manage the city's finances and adopt ordinances for the benefit of trade, commerce, and the health of residents. Prior to their role as Mayor, Michael had a successful career in technical operations, data management, and software development across various organizations such as Tango Analytics, IBM, and as a freelance web designer/developer. Additionally, Michael served as a City Council Member and gained valuable experience as an Ammunition Specialist in the US Army. Michael holds a Master of Legal Studies in International Business from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Columbia College.
