Helena Montooth is an experienced professional with a diverse background in asset management and retail operations. Currently serving as Asset Management Coordinator at Tanger Outlets since May 2016, Helena has developed and implemented scalable office administration systems, trained new employees, and provided ongoing mentorship. Prior to Tanger Outlets, Helena worked at Tiffany & Co. from November 2009 to May 2016, managing top clientele and coordinating high-profile events. Helena's career began at First Place Bank, where roles included Assistant Branch Manager/Operations Manager and Management Trainee, focusing on employee training and supervision in a fast-paced banking environment. Helena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Franklin University, complemented by education at Youngstown State University and Ohio University.
