Daniel Hegadore possesses extensive experience in operations management and customer service across various industries. Since May 2019, Daniel has held dual roles at Tangent Technologies, LLC, overseeing warehouse operations and managing the Customer Service Team, demonstrating strong leadership during challenging circumstances like the Covid shutdown. Previously, Daniel established key departments and initiatives at Skolnik Industries, Inc., REB Storage Systems International, and Interlake Mecalux Inc., focusing on enhancing client experiences, sales operations, and team development. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in History from The University of Akron and a Certificate of Training in U.S. Export Controls from the United States Department of Commerce.
