Alana Rothstein is a seasoned professional in the staffing and recruitment industry, currently serving as Senior Director at Tandym Group, previously known as The Execu|Search Group, where Alana has held multiple roles including Director and Senior Staffing Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Staffing Specialist at Townsend & Associates, Inc., and leading the Sponsors Team for the Earth Day event at Bloomsburg University. Alana began their career with a Box Office Assistant internship at the Celebrity Artist Series and gained early experience through a paid summer internship at CENTURY 21®. Alana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Emergent Media from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
