Sarah Wiggin is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery and management. Currently serving as Product & Service Director and Head of Service & Systems at Tandem Bank since June 2022, Sarah has held various leadership roles including Head of IT at Oplo from November 2015 to March 2023 and ICT Head of Customer Services at Your Housing Group from November 2012 to June 2015. With a focus on high-quality IT service delivery, resource planning, project management, and customer relationship management, Sarah has successfully led teams and developed information systems strategies throughout a career that began in 2004 as ICT Applications Manager at Harvest Housing Group. Educational qualifications include 4 A levels from Habergham Sixth Form and 8 GCSEs from Walshaw High School.
