Matthew Davis has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Blackpool and The Fylde College. Matthew has worked in various HR and management positions at Revolution Bars Group PLC, Stonegate Pub Company Limited, and currently at Tandem Bank. Matthew also obtained a CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources Practice from Avado.
