Jones is a nationally recognized HR Executive and transformational leader with over 30 years of C-Suite experience in developing and implementing innovative Human Capital strategies across multiple industries. Currently serving as President of Human Capital Strategy Consulting at MALINHUGHES and as an Executive Advisor for multiple healthcare organizations including TalentBloom Healthcare and Incredible Health, David has a demonstrated track record of driving growth and providing strategic guidance. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Stanford Health Care, where pivotal programs in employee engagement and diversity were launched, and Vice President of Human Resources at Kaiser Permanente, managing a workforce of over 10,000. David holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University.
