David F. Burden has an extensive career in naval and defense logistics, currently serving as an Advisor on the Polar Code for the Argentina Foreign Office and an Advisor to the President at TANDANOR S.A.C.I. y N. Previous roles include Viceadmiral and Director General of Materiel within the Armada Argentina, as well as various leadership positions in planning and logistics at the Ministerio de Defensa. Burden has been integral in the development and implementation of the Polar Code, Antarctic logistics, and strategic planning for the Argentine Navy. Educational qualifications include a specialization in Logistics from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires and a Bachelor in Naval Propulsion Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School, supplemented by training at prestigious naval institutions.
