Mustafa Ayan possesses extensive experience in the energy and construction sectors, currently serving as COO, CTO, and Project Director at TANAP Natural Gas Transmission Company since 2013. Prior roles include General Manager at DIWACO and Director of Engineering & Business Development at Fernas Construction Company Inc. Ayan's career began at BOTAÅž, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering and contracts across various managerial roles from 1991 to 2005. Ayan also held project management positions at STFA-FERNAS JV and ITOK-FERNAS PJSC, and started as a Project Engineer at BARAN Natural Gas Co. Education includes a degree from Istanbul Technical University, enhancing a robust foundation in engineering and management.
