Barbaros Hasan T. is an experienced professional in social impact management, currently serving as the Social Impact Manager for the Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline Project (TANAP) since June 2012. In this role, Barbaros leads the development of comprehensive programs focused on social license and sustainable development, emphasizing community consultation and stakeholder engagement. Previous positions include Community Relations Specialist at Botas International Ltd from June 2006 to January 2012, where Barbaros managed community complaints and supported local resource procurement, and at Punj Lloyd Limited from May 2003 to December 2005, where responsibilities included acting as the primary interface between projects and affected settlements, as well as training construction staff. Barbaros holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Istanbul Bilgi University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Bilkent University.
