Ilona Kyykoski is an experienced project manager and producer in the cultural sector, currently serving as Project Manager for Operation Pirkanmaa at the City of Tampere since August 2020. Previous roles include producing for the Plan B project of Tampere's Capital of Culture bid and leading initiatives to secure Tampere as the next Finnish European Capital of Culture in 2026. Kyykoski has held executive and producer roles at Brink Helsinki and Boutique Animation Oy, as well as production management positions at Rovio Entertainment Ltd. and various other cultural organizations. Kyykoski's educational background includes a Master of Music in Arts Management from Sibelius-Akatemia and a Bachelor of Cultural Management from Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences.
