Michael S. McKenna is a seasoned Information Technology professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT at Performance Improvement Partners since August 2021, McKenna successfully led a $10M+ divestiture program in under 10 months while providing IT consulting services to a Pharmaceutical client. Prior to this, McKenna was Associate Director at AbbVie, overseeing a global team and managing significant budgets, achieving substantial cost reductions through effective archiving strategies. Earlier experience at Abbott included various managerial positions in records management and IT program management, where McKenna spearheaded critical initiatives and developed comprehensive strategies. McKenna holds a Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from McMaster University.
