C.J. Iacovelli has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2002, they started their career as an Outdoor Food and Beverage Supervisor at West Chester Golf and Country Club. Clayton (C.J) then worked for The Walt Disney Company from 2004 to 2010 in Food and Beverage Operations.

From 2010 to 2011, C.J. served as a Manufacturer's Representative at Eisner Rose Associates, where they represented multiple brands and acted as a liaison between manufacturers and key accounts.

In 2011, they joined Impulse Enterprises as an International Account Manager, responsible for international sales of hospitality products. Clayton (C.J) successfully generated new business and secured contracts with prestigious clients, such as Marriott and JW Marriott Marquis Dubai.

In 2013, C.J. joined The Kraft Heinz Company as a Sales Representative and later took on the roles of Key Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Clayton (C.J) demonstrated strong sales performance and played a crucial role in facilitating the Kraft/Heinz merger.

In 2017, C.J. shifted to Lavazza Group, where they held positions such as Senior Sales Manager-Away from Home Southeast, Director of Sales-Away from Home, and Senior Director-National Foodservice. These roles allowed him to showcase their expertise in sales and marketing within the foodservice industry.

Currently, C.J. is the VP of Sales and Marketing at Tampa Maid since 2022. Clayton (C.J) continues to utilize their skills and experience to drive business growth and success for the company.

Clayton (C.J) Iacovelli's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Penn State Great Valley. Clayton (C.J) completed studies in Hospitality Administration/Management at this institution from 2003 to 2004. Following this, Clayton attended Valencia College from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued an Associate in Science degree in Hospitality Management. Finally, Clayton enrolled at the University of Central Florida - Rosen College of Hospitality Management from 2008 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a specialization in Hospitality Management.
