Previously, Karen held the position of Director of Customer Experience Operations at TECO Energy, where responsibilities included managing customer service initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Customer Service & Support at Snohomish County PUD, Manager of Customer Billing at Colorado Springs Utilities, and Dispatch Operations at Adelphia Communications. Karen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University.
