Ron Klimley, Prosci CCP, is an experienced organizational development and training professional currently serving as the Organizational Development & Training Program Manager at Tampa Bay Water since 2023. Klimley has held various leadership roles, including Chairperson of the Training Committee for the Florida Airports Council from 2020 to 2023 and Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Training at Tampa International Airport from 2016 to 2023. A strong background in training management is evident from previous positions as Global Training Director at kgb and Director of Training at Afni. Klimley has also served in leadership capacities within the International Customer Service Association, contributing significantly to its establishment and re-establishment. Earlier career experiences include directorial roles at TeleTech, where Klimley oversaw global training functions, quality assurance, and leadership development initiatives. Klimley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an Associate in Science in Business Administration - Marketing from Monroe Community College.
