Megan Paul is an experienced professional in stadium operations and customer service, currently serving as the Manager of Stadium Operations for the Tampa Bay Rays since July 2015. In this role, Megan has successfully maintained relationships with over 600 Season Ticket Holders generating $3 million in revenue, and has executed various high-profile events, such as the Season Ticket Holder Double Play events. Previous positions include Season Ticket Services Specialist and Account Executive, where Megan focused on sales and customer engagement. Earlier career experience includes customer service roles at Publix Super Markets and an events internship with Special Olympics North Carolina. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from the University of Tampa.
