Isha Rahman is an experienced professional in baseball operations, currently serving as an Assistant for Minor League and Baseball Operations at the Tampa Bay Rays since January 2021. Rahman previously coordinated National Team Operations for Major League Baseball, facilitating communication with national teams and managing training camps. Additional roles include serving as an Operations Supervisor for the Arizona Fall League, where logistics and player relations were managed, and positions at lululemon and MVP Sports Group focusing on customer service and baseball research. Educationally, Rahman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from the University of Southern California, where involvement in various baseball management roles was also significant.
