Bailea Mitchell is currently serving as a Group Sales Coordinator for the Tampa Bay Rays since July 2023. Prior to this role, Bailea gained experience as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Legacy Volleyball of Tampa from October 2020 to June 2023 and as a Member Experience Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness | Afterburn Coaching from January 2022 to December 2022. Bailea's professional journey began as a Sales Manager at American Eagle Outfitters Inc. from October 2017 to March 2019. Bailea holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Marketing and Entertainment from the University of South Florida, obtained in May 2023, and an Associate of Arts degree in business administration and management from Hillsborough Community College, completed in July 2021.
