Justin Bechtold has extensive experience in guest services and event operations within the sports industry, currently serving as the Director of Guest Experience for the Tampa Bay Lightning since March 2012. Prior roles at the same organization include Manager of Guest Services, Event Operations Coordinator, and Security Supervisor. Prior to joining the Tampa Bay Lightning, Justin Bechtold worked at Delaware North Companies as a Suite Captain from August 2009 to March 2012. Justin Bechtold holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Florida, where studies were completed from 2009 to 2011, and attended Florida Gulf Coast University from 2007 to 2009.
