Jhonatan Flores is an experienced professional in the fields of maintenance and project management, currently serving as the Lead Maintenance Floater at TAM Residential since June 2023. As the Owner of Flores Renovations since January 2021, Jhonatan has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside previous roles, including Maintenance Supervisor at Westwood Residential Companies and Project Manager at Accessology. With a background as a Web and Graphic Designer from 2018 to 2022, Jhonatan has a strong foundation in design, supported by a degree in Web Design and Development from Brigham Young University - Idaho. Jhonatan's extensive experience includes managing quality control and design modifications for over 150 properties, ensuring compliance with various regulations, and providing comprehensive maintenance services in several managerial capacities.
