Miriam Jiménez García has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Miriam currently works at Talmundo as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing the implementation processes between Talmundo and its clients. Miriam'srole involves onboarding, adoption, and retention of clients, as well as renewal, up-selling, and cross-selling of different products and platforms.

Prior to Talmundo, Miriam worked at Mobile Guardian as an Account Manager, specializing in the territories of Spain and Latin America. Miriam handled B2B accounts and was responsible for providing demos, training, and support to clients of different sizes. Miriam also managed the integration and onboarding of clients and partners to the platform.

Miriam completed their undergraduate studies in 2012. Following this, in 2012-2013, Miriam pursued a Honours in Tourism with Speciality in Business Management at the same institution.

In 2020, Miriam enrolled at UCAM Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, where they pursued a Master's degree in International Relations with a focus on International Business/Trade/Commerce. Miriam completed their master's program in 2021.

Apart from their formal education, Miriam has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skillset. In 2020, they achieved certifications in Business-to-Business Sales, Key Account Management, and Selling into Industries: Technology Companies through LinkedIn. In 2022, Miriam obtained certifications in Advanced Google Analytics and Google Analytics for Beginners from Google.
