A veteran in Sales and Distribution with over 22 years of experience, Joyce’s core expertise lies in setting up distribution networks, channel management, ROI models, and formulating go-to market strategy for new product launches. He is adept at managing large and complex sales teams. In his current role at Tally, his vision is to work with the SME segment on three critical transformation areas – Automation, Adoption of Accounting Standards and Compliance.
In his previous roles, Joyce has been associated with organizations such as Nokia, Gillette, ICI Paints and Kodak. His exposure across several industries like telecom, FMCG, consumer durables and paints give him the ability to deeply understand the impact technology can have on small and medium enterprises.
In his free time, Joyce likes to watch movies, listen to loads of music, fiddle around with Arduinos, in photographing nature and people and maintaining a planted tank.
