Erika Paju-Pohlak is an experienced professional in revenue management and pricing analysis, currently serving as Route Revenue Manager and Pricing Analyst at Tallink Grupp since March 2021. Prior to this role, Erika held several positions within the Tallink Group, including Head of Revenue Management and Revenue Manager at Tallink Hotels from October 2018 to December 2020, and Route Revenue Manager from January 2017 to October 2018. Erika's career also includes experience as Client Relationship Manager at eDream Management from January 2014 to January 2017 and roles at Reval Hotels, starting as Reservations Manager from October 2004 to September 2005 and advancing to Assistant Revenue Manager from October 2007 to September 2010. Erika holds a degree from Tallinn School of Economics.
