Rachael Lay is a seasoned professional in the real estate and coaching sectors, currently serving as a Business Owner and Sales Consultant at Tall Poppy Real Estate since December 2019. Rachael previously operated Rachael Lay International from 2010 to June 2019, focusing on coaching and website flipping. Prior experience includes a role as Managing Director at Z Cars Motor Company from November 2014 to December 2018, alongside IT management positions at MainPower and Gough Gough & Hamer from 2000 to 2012. Rachael holds a Level 4 Real Estate Salesperson qualification from Open Polytechnic of New Zealand and a Coaching Certification from Coach U, as well as educational credentials from NZSPH and Avonside Girls.
